Under your direction, I have been drinking a large 16 oz. mug of hot water with 1/2 a fresh squeezed lemon every morning for 1/2 a year now. It is the first thing to go into me as I start the day. I consider it my inter bath, even before my external one!
I had a history of a very irregular system. This is one of many changes I&#039;ve slowly been incorporating into my lifestyle, in an effort to live the best I can.
