Every organ in your body has a repair and maintenance schedule to keep on a daily basis. Most of us in the West have never been aware of this, but Chinese and Ayurvedic holistic health practitioners have known this for hundreds of years.
If you feel sluggish, foggy, achy, or simply off at these particular times of day, you will know which organ is trying to repair the damage done to it. These uncomfortable feelings you are experiencing are the result of energy being expended to do these repairs.
Repair Table
Lungs: 3am – 5am ~Large intestine (or colon): 5am – 7am ~Stomach: 7am – 9am ~Spleen: 9am – 11am ~Heart: 11am – 1pm ~Small intestines: 1pm – 3pm ~Bladder: 3pm – 5pm ~Kidneys: 5pm – 7pm Pancreas: 7pm – 9pm ~Blood vessels and arteries: 9pm – 11pm ~Gallbladder: 11pm -1am ~Liver: 1am – 3am
Stomach: Between 7 am and 9 am, your stomach is repairing itself and does not need a big meal to deal with. While the large intestine and colon need fluid to repair properly in the morning, the stomach needs very little. Start with fluids (pure water or fresh juiced vegetables) or fresh fruit that is easily digestible. However, if you can, drink only fluids in the morning for optimal health. Read More

Dear Nancy,
Thank you for the information.
I was born in a family in which the AYURVEDIC SYSTEM IS always held very high in the hierarchy of medicine.
Our first priority has always been the BASIC Indian/local medication handed down through the generations. Much of the information I already have.
WHAT YOU AND THE REST OF THE WORLD NEED TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND IS THE VERY DEEP Relation THAT THE S U N AND THE M O O N HAS ON OUR BODY CHEMISTRY AND OUR DAY TO DAY LIFE—-HOW THE FULL MOON AND THE NEW MOON VERY DEEPLY AFFECTS People WITH JOINT PAINS,ARTHRHITIS ETC AND MANY OTHER AILMENTS. AN ARTHRHITIS SUFFERER CAN KNOW EXACTLY WHEN IS THE NEW MOON AND FULL MOON
