Nancy is the author of the 7 Day Sugar Free Program is officially a Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner. Unofficially, she’s known as the Health Lady on a Mission. Her mission, quite simply, is to help you look and feel better – naturally – by using proven methods that are both easy to adopt and fun!
I have only just got started. It took me quite a while to get hold of some of the ingredients and other bits and pieces I needed. It does seem to cost the earth at first but I know that my health is worth investing in. I have already done 8 liver cleanses which is a good start. I did the Andreas Fritze one. I discovered it whilst on a quest to try to find a cure for Candida, which i was diagnosed with along time ago. Sinse the liver cleanses and the colonics, my health has massively improved, but I have always had enormous sugar cravings and therefore have never allowed myself to fully recover.
Anyway I’m now currently munching my way through mamoth amounts of salads and sprouts as well as seeds and , not forgetting the vegetable juice that I made this morning with the spirulina in it (which has to be the strangest thing I’ve ever put in my mouth!)
Any way thank you again I’m finding all the information very helpful and inspiring,

I just wanted you to know how grateful I am for the 7-Day Sugar Free Diet!
Losing 8 lbs and my craving for sugar has been life changing! ) Your information was very helpful and informative. Even though the diet wasn’t easy, it was SO worth it!
My 10th baby was born ten months ago and have been a size 12-14 for years.
Your information and encouragement helped me go from a size 12 to a size 8! (My 12′s were loose when I started). The 7-Day Sugar Free Diet is not really a diet at all but more of a lifestyle change and one that I am implementing with our whole family. I have incorporated many of the daily supplements into my normal daily routine. After the 7-Day Sugar Free Diet, I eat less, more healthily and ended my 15 yr. addiction to coffee and my craving for sugar! ) I do still use some sugar, but I try to only have good sugars that are beneficial to my body. Thanks so much for the jump-start I desperately needed…
Hope you can offer me some help. I am 55yrs. Had my menopause at 40yrs. I am small boned and never weighed more than 8st, even after giving birth, also never, ever craved sweet foods. Though we had biscuits/sweets in the home these never bothered me, couldn`t understand when people would say they had SWEET cravings. However, all that has changed.
I now weigh 10st 10lbs, and though I am a size 12, I am not happy with this, as I was always a size 8/10. No matter how hard I try I can`t seeem to shift this weight which has accumulated around my middle. Thin I take so bad with it as I have always been very slim. Also, these constant sugar cravings as I often feel very tired/lethargic. I do have a under active thyroid, but take medication.
I wondered if NATURAL PROGESTERONE would help my problem. I have read that it does help food cravings.
Any help/advice you could offer would be much appreciated.
This afternoon I was looking up information on the internet about sugar and chocolate addiction and found your website and 7-day sugar detox diet. I can’t tell you how happy I was to find you. Your site is just packed with information and I’ve already purchased the 7-day sugar detox diet plan which I will read tonight after I put my 2 kids to bed.
I actually cried a little when I read through a bunch of your information because I feel like a real drug addict and maybe you can help me. Of course my drug is sugar but I believe I have a real problem. People just laugh at me cause I’m not huge at 150lbs and just think I’m silly for feeling that I have a problem with sugar. I even talked to my doctor about it and she just dismissed me. I’ve been trying for years to break this addiction for years with no luck. I think I need to loose 20 lbs, I have mood swings, I’m always tired and I’m not setting a very good example for my kids. I do love healthy food and our house is full of it. We eat good meals but I also stuff in all the bad stuff. Last night after I put my kids to bed I was craving chocolate so much I drove to the corner store and bought a bag of Skor bites and a can of pringles and ate it all! Then afterwards I felt sick and was very disappointed in myself. Today I ate good but then downed 1/2 a jar of Nutela. This is my typical cycle and I can’t stand it. I went through he cupboards and read all the labels and threw everything away – even the kids treats. I do normally exercise 3 or 4 days each week but haven’t for the past couple weeks cause I’ve felt too tired (I’m sure it’s because I’m eating especially bad lately). I’m really hoping that your plan, website and advice can help me.
If you have any other tips on dealing with the initial phase of getting of sugar I’d really appreciate it. I was also wondering, what is an acceptable amount of sugar to have in my diet on a daily basis?
Nancy,
I have been doing about 75% of the program for about three weeks now and have noticed a big difference. My sugar cravings are gone and I feel a lot better. I’m slowly getting off coffee and meat (I have cut back on each and hope to eliminate both as soon as possible). I have also begun to lose weight which is a nice added feature to the program.
I believe I am slightly allergic to seeds, nuts and dairy. What can I substitute for protein?
