Liver Detox Salad: Sunflower Sprouts and Dandelion Salad:

Sprouts and Dandelion Salad:

Mix together
Dandelion,Alfalfa ,Sunflower sprouts,Daikon radish, Arugula 
Spring salad mix
•    1 cup red pepper
•    1-cup celery chopped
•    1-cup carrots, grated
•    4 Tbsp. green onion, minced

Serve with Honey/mustard dressing.
•    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
•    1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
•    1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
•    2 tsp. raw honey
•    1/2 tsp. crushed garlic ( 1 clove)
•    Dash black pepper

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.

    Wow Nancy, Your greenhouse is looking fabulous. You have done so much since I visited you just a couple of weeks ago. It is very inspirational, reading all the different sprouts, greens, roots and herbs you have started from scratch….. no better eating.

    So far, I’ve only been using dandelion in my green juices.
    Now, I’ll be able to include it in my salads thanks to the yummy recipes you have posted.
