Obesity and weight gain is directly related to chemicals and toxins that you’re not getting out of the body. Toxins and chemicals are stored in the fat cells. I haven’t seen one overweight person or anybody suffering from obesity or weight gain who isn’t completely riddled with heavy metals, chemicals, and all kinds of other toxins in their system.

Most of that is coming in, obviously, through the diet and drinks they’re consuming, the prescription medications they’re on, or something else.
The reason I put cleansing the liver as the most important for weight loss is that the liver is the organ that detoxifies all of the chemicals and toxins that come into the body, and it also helps metabolize fat by producing bile. Bile is actually stored in the gallbladder.
Bile increases the surface tension of the fat molecules that come in or decreases the surface tension so it can work with the enzyme lipase to emulsify the fat at a faster rate. That’s why a lot of people get stuck in the cycle of trying to lose weight.
They can’t lose weight, and they’re trying all these different techniques. It’s because their liver is congested, and the liver becomes fatty.
It starts accumulating a lot of fat. The first thing that I always recommend everybody do if they’re trying to lose weight is to do a liver and gallbladder cleanse. Actually, I recommend they do three of them.
In most cases, after that the liver can start processing and metabolizing fat a lot faster. They can get rid of that fat that they’ve had such a hard time trying to lose.
It’s very simple to realize that when you look at the functions that the liver and the gallbladder do. What amazes me is how simple it is to not only fix weight loss but to fix any degenerative disease. I don’t know why that information isn’t out there. It’s just very simple. The liver is the main organ that’s going to metabolize your fat and all your toxins.
You would only think that medical professionals and everybody else would be saying weight gain and obesity is directly related to a fatty and malfunctioning liver that’s only functioning at about 10% to 20% capacity. Those individuals keep loading more sugars. It’s like what you talk about a lot: they put more refined sugars and toxins into their body, and their liver is overworked.
It can never catch up with the ability to emulsify and break down the amount of fats that people are putting in and detoxify all the harmful chemicals that are coming in at the same time. It’s basically overworked and stressed. It becomes fatty, and that’s what leads to the majority of the weight gain.
In my weight loss ebook, I have the number one secret: it’s the liver and gallbladder cleansing and to do three liver and gallbladder cleansings. Ultimately, it is better to do an intestinal cleanse oxy powder first, which is the number two secret in my ebook. The reason is that you want to have the intestines clean enough so when the liver starts dumping all of that fatty toxic buildup that’s been accumulating for so long, it moves down the intestines and you have a normal bowel movement to get it out.
If you do an intestinal cleanse and you use a good oxygen-based cleanser first, then your intestines are going to be clean. Not only that, but you’re probably going to lose anywhere from six to 40 pounds just by doing a six- or seven-day intestinal cleanse. The average weight is about six pounds, but I’ve had people in six to 14 days lose 40 pounds. It’s not fat.

Actually, that’s what I did a lot of in late 2006 and 2007. In short, I did more than three liver/gallbladder cleanses. And yes, Oxypowder is what I had at the moment, so I did it nearly everyday.
I did LL’s Magnetic Clay baths, Doctor Vickery’s Platinum Plus Amino Acids, & Vitalzym systemic enzymes. Also with weight gain, there is also systemic inflammation. So the Serrapeptase in the Vitalzym was the key to ridding myself of inflammation. The enzymes cleansed the blood, the liver, excess fibrosis or amyloid plaque, fibrin, scar tissue. My kidneys apparently had scar tissue and adhesions on them, as I released a lot of water and when I urinated, it smelled like bandaids (phenol). In a matter of a few months I went from size 15 to a large 9 or comfortable 11′s in jeans.
This works, but you gotta do several things.
The upside of all of this, was no more fibromyalgia.

This was one of the best Teleclass¹ I¹ve tuned into. Thanks so much for the
info. I¹d love to hear more from Dr. Group, especially on detoxing. Will he
be making a return anytime soon? I certainly hope so!!

I was surprised hearing about psyllium .I used to have it but now that I
know that it is coming from India and China and also it is not good for the
colon I¹ll never use it again.Thanks so much for all the information.

I enjoyed the teleclass. However, the only new thing I learned was about
³rebounding². I already have an exercise program for myself but I do know
others that this may benefit. The cabbage diet in the e-book is virtually
the same diet that the American Heart Association doctors recommend for
those who are too overweight for heart surgery. I have used the diet and it
works, but only if you absolutely do not cheat! I used it about 8 years ago.
it has been around for quite awhile. However, it is very difficult to stick
with because cravings can be a big issue when on such a restrictive diet.
Overall, this class reinforced many things I have already learned. With so
much conflicting information out there it is nice to have good information
reinforced by a doctor who actually cares about people¹s health! Thank you
for having Dr. Group as a guest!

I missed the first 14 minutes but I really enjoyed it because I agreed that
the rebounder is the best exercise and coconut oil is a ³superfood². I hope
to use the information in some wellness teaching. really good!

Blue suppresses the appetite. and physllium powder can be dangerous to use.
I must have missed something because l didn;t hear how to clear the
intestines which was the first step in the process.
