I’m still juicing dandelion first thing in the morning!

My husband bought a case of organic dandelion from the city last week – can you imagine the explanation at the cash register? What on earth are you planning to do with one case of dandelion?!

We are so immune to being questioned all the time regarding our food choices (:)) at the store.

Dandelion is starting to grow now, so we should be able to pick our own this week.

This is the time of the year to Go Wild and add some in your salad and blended soup. Your liver will thank you!

If you have a juicer – go for it. Juice 1 cup of dandelion juice every morning. Dilute 1:1 with water. This is such a great and inexpensive way to cleanse your liver! One cup might be too much for newbies!
start with 1/3 cup of juice and work your way up.

As a bitter tonic, dandelion helps the liver and gall bladder produce bile for better assimilation.
