
I know I talk about juicing a lot, but it is such an important part of my day. Lately I have been investing so many hours in my business that it might have been easy to neglect my diet. Thank God I can juice to get some of my nutrients VERY easily!
All you need to do is add super foods like E3live/spirulina, chlorella, good quality (green powder) ground flax seed. This is definitely my Magic Pill.
Juices are also a real stress reliever, so no matter what’s happening, I make the time to juice. This might seem STRANGE to some of you, but if you try it just once, chances are you’ll keep on juicing.

When I first started the program, I had to mix my juice with Cranberry juice because it made my stomach heave!
Now, the greener the better.
You are right though about having to make the time. That’s the real secret.
