Most people hop out of bed in the morning and grab a coffee – often sweetened and thickened with cream – then look around the kitchen for more sweetness, figuring that’s the energy boost they need to start the day.

I have a juicer but it’s loud and first thing in the morning for me it needs to be quite until I have my coffee. I always like it quite but it is a must in the morning. I like to juice I even have books on different types of juices. They are collecting dust. However, I would like to juice more. Do you have some suggestion.

Hello Leigh, I wish it were possible to make juice well in advance! But remember: the freshness of vegetable juice is what makes it so so great for you.
it’s not the ideal solution to juice the the night before, at least not if you use a conventional home juicer. The enzymes in the juice won’t stay active for more than thirty minutes or so.
If you have a good quality juicer like: The Green Power Kempo,Green Star Juicer * many out there~ juice will keep at cool temperatures for 1-3 days. Otherwise, if you want to preserve your juice, freeze it in a mason jar or other glass container as soon as you make it.
hope this will help.
