One of the major Health Secrets, when it comes to eating, is moderation.
Going one day a week without food is something I recommend to every person.
YES, Juice fasting one day a week to give the body a complete rest is extremely beneficial.
Here’s what I DO and RECOMMEND in my practice.
Take 3 to 4 8-oz servings of fresh vegetable green juice during the fasting day. Juice sunflower sprouts, cucumber, celery and ginger.
I start my day with 1 oz of wheat grass. If this is not available, I take 1 teaspoon of green powder and mix in 8 oz water with 6 digestive enzymes ( for beauty)
Vital Mineral green powder is the one I use at the office.
The most important addition to your green drink is blue-green and/or green algae, like spirulina, chlorella and wild blue green algae. They all help to correct blood sugar imbalance as they are rich in minerals and easily absorbable protein. They renew cells and can reverse the degenerative aging process, helping to rebuild the tissues of the liver, the nervous system, the brain, and every other part of the body.
As I’m writing this, I note that before my green drink I took 6 tiny tablets of chlorella and 6 digestive enzymes. i would repeat this between meals or 1/2 hr before your juice drink.
Taking chlorella between meals will help to curb your appetite and help rid your body of heavy metal toxins. It will also regulate both low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and high blood sugar (diabetes). Great for weight loss!
You can add magnesium for its natural tranquilizer. It keeps us calm and serene and is essential to many of the detox pathways of the body. It can really help alleviate tension and hormonal and blood sugar imbalance.

HI nancy
I’m so happy with the dicovery of where we can buy sprouts and wheatgrass,I’m making my trip every saturday to Willowlane in Acton, and met even the sproutman himself!!!!
I have ordered wheat and sunflower seeds from him ,so if I get more time I can start growing them myself again,
