
People often ask me how I keep my skin so soft and radiant! Well, it’s a combination of a few things:
- Eating a healthy diet
- Doing a short one-day cleanse every week
- Staying hydrated
- Using only all-natural, chemical-free products on my face and body
- Exercise: I do 20 minutes of yoga every morning, take a 45-minute
brisk walk every day, and jump on a trampoline 2x a week for 20 minutes
So you can see that it’s all these things together that keep my skin looking great.
I also use super-foods and herbs that help nourish not only my skin, but also bones, muscles, hair, nails, heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, reproductive system, pancreas, and immune system. And with long-term use, super-foods and herbs can also correct imbalances and help to guide us towards a more natural and original diet.
