A Note To The Sugar-Sensitive

Flaxmeal
Being sensitive to sugar means being ever-vigilant. For sugar-sensitive people, even eating a piece of fruit can throw the body’s functions off!

If you’re one of those people, here’s a tip that will help you stay balanced. Try flax meal and cinnamon with your fruit, because it can help slow the release of sugar into your bloodstream. Just stir several heaping tablespoons of freshly ground flax seed into fresh raw juices, or sprinkle some over fruit smoothies. Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon two or three times daily.
