This subject is very dear to me. All those years in my private practice, it was painful to see so many people struggling with sugar cravings.
Ah, cravings! They go hand-in-hand with overeating – and weight gain. If we gain weight, it’s probably not just because we don’t exercise. No, it’s more likely that we are eating too many sugary foods. It all comes back to cravings: the more cravings for sugar, the more we eat.
Everyday I talk to people – both clients and friends of mine – who struggle with depression, weight, mood swings, lack of energy, and more. In almost every case the person consumes a regular diet of refined sugar. Most people have no idea how serious it really is.
The problem goes much deeper than simply feeling “down” all the time. What gets me so upset is that regardless of how many studies science produces to show the dangers of sugar, very few people are telling you the unvarnished truth… …sugar is a toxic poison.
So you probably think I’m over-reacting a bit here, right? To be honest, you wouldn’t be the first. And that’s what I mean. Most people treat sugar like it’s just a little vice. Well I’m here to tell you that the danger is much more severe. And I’ve got 3 rock-solid reasons that show why you need to get as far away from refined sugar as possible.

Nancy,
I hope that this gets to you.
I’m enjoying your 21 day plan so much. I’m not craving sugar at all. In fact the thought of it turns me off. My mood is much more even, my mind is working better and my energy level is much higher. Thank you so much.

Mom,
Your site is looking really great! I downloaded your free reports and
will read them soon. Are you going to be doing any more videos?
i’ve almost completely eliminated sugar from my diet since i got back.
I’m finding that im craving it less and less and that my energy is lot
more consistent.
Also been doing a lot of exercise.. 45 min jog to the opera house and
back and alternating yoga / gym days. I’ve never been in such great
shape, plus i’m feeling really good.
I’ve had a total of 3 drinks i think since I got back, thats making a
huge difference also.

Nancy,
Thank you for all the information you have sent re sugar.
I am finding the information and diet very useful. Although, I will say I am 64 years old and have had a ‚Äòsweet tooth’ all of my life and it will take a bit of adjusting to exclude it. It is interesting though, I discovered (after finally reading the label) that some soy milk that I had been drinking contained sugar. Sugar seems to be added to almost everything and one has to be very careful when selecting foods.
Thank you once again for your information.
