Are Fat-Free Salad Dressing the Best Choice for Your Health?

Most  Fat-free products are simply loaded with unbelevable amounts of sugar and chemicals. Fat-Free does not mean Healthy. Here’s a delicious dressing:

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin organic olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Celtic salt
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. fresh basil,minced
  • Dash black pepper

Place all the ingredients in a blender adn process until smooth and creamy. Store in glass jar in the refrigerator.
