I Felt Much Better Just in Four Days

Thank you so much for providing this program.  My caffeine withdrawal headaches are gone now and I feel better.  I am sleeping better – insomnia not so bad. The food has been good – to my surprise.

Again, thank you for the program.  I feel better just in four days and am now on the road to recovery from bad eating.

I have thoroughly enjoyed your book. As his employee I am knowledgeable about Dr. Murphree’s protocols and believe in his work whole-heartedly. I have known for a long time that sugar was not good for you and it is inflammatory and slows healing and all that, however, I have  been an addict of sugar basically my entire adult life.

I spent my early years being raised on a farm, so we had fresh food and minimal sweets. ( I know it sounds cliché, but a couple times a  month we would go to the old country store and get an RC Cola and a Moon Pie.

This was a huge treat as a child who farmed. It is the kind of thing that is commonplace in most kids lives nowadays.) I was quite healthy back then. As a preteen we moved to a big city raised less fresh food and started our dredge into processed foods as I became an adult.

I can literally look at pictures of my life and see when I went downhill. I read through the first half of your book, the program as soon as I got it. I must say the first half literally disgusted me. Not only with our nation’s food distributors but mainly with myself as well. I guess I hadn’t realized what a “slave to sugar” I had become.

I have been off of sugar now for 6 days which is already proving to be an enormous step for me in many areas. I do not snack and wait for the next mealtime to come. I have actually gotten more done in the past couple days than I normally manage to do all week! My energy has doubled already, and I am not starving!

The only cleansing I have done so far are the lemon water and digestive enzymes, but I have eaten only fresh veggies and very little food in general (compared to before). I eat the seeds and nuts (always a part of my diet, since I don’t like candy much) and I eat salads and chicken and fish.

I haven’t been strict exactly, but I have not had any sugar of any kind, no dairy, and no bread. It is not as hard as I had feared. The first two days were the toughest but not difficult after reading your material. I actually didn’t want that goop in my body.

It is funny having meal discussions with my family now but they are tolerating my program, although they are not on board, YET!

Thanks so much for the information. I have needed to go in this direction for a long time (weight loss) and this has helped more than anything ever has.

2 weeks and 10 lbs off so far.

Very active and healthy, but 71, and wanting to live to be 100 and stay this way….only much healthier!!!

Binkley, SandyDSCF2174 retI am absolutely “in love” with your program!   We are going on a golf trip for a week, and I cannot wait to sink my teeth into it!!
I have started (because of our son’s advice and telling me how to) the 21 day off sugar!  I am so totally addicted, that it is pathetic.  (spelling)  So,I am determined to do better.

You have never met a more sugar and junk and snack addicted person I am sure.  I am just 10 pounds over weight, and very, very active and healthy, but 71, and wanting to live to be 100 and stay this way….only much healthier!!!


This is my 5th day without sugar and eating tons of veggies, and fruits.  I thought I might quite possibly expire the first 2-3 days, and today I feel like a million.  Not kidding, I cannot believe it!!!  I have also lost 4 pounds in about 5 days, but not trying for that.  My mental health is what suffered the most with the huge amounts of sugar in my body.  So, know I am so thankful for your program.  Just cannot wait to get deeper into it and study your book. I know that this is the life-style I have craved for.  Thank God for you.

Ended my 15 yr. Addiction to Coffee and my Craving for Sugar!

I just wanted you to know how grateful I am for the 7-Day Sugar Free Diet!
My 10th baby was born ten months ago. I have been a size 12-14 for years. Your information and encouragement helped me go from a size 12 to a size 8! (My 12s were loose when I started). The 7-Day Sugar Free Diet is not really a diet at all, but more of a lifestyle change and one that I am implementing with my entire family.

I am continuing to lose weight, but very slowly now. I am officially at a size 8 (went from a post-preg. size of 16 in August of last year)! I know I have not been this weight in at least 13 years and I am very grateful…even if I don’t lose another lb. or inch, I feel good and am very content at where I am right now.

However, thanks to you and your program and all I’ve gleaned from you, I am on a path of healthier eating/living! :o ) My husband is also very grateful. When I used to make dietary changes for my family, he wasn’t on board with me, but now he is. I’ve brought him alongside me and he’s lost 25 lbs.! He feels so much better and he told me the other day. “I just feel better when I eat healthier!” He also notices how much better he feels when he exercises regularly.

We are planning a big trip to Orlando, FL at the end of the month…I was so excited when I tried on a size 8 bathing suit and it actually fit and looks good! :o ) (Usually bathing suits can run smaller than regular clothes).

I will also start cleansing when the seasons change. We eat so much more fruits and vegetables than we used to eat. We rarely eat beef anymore and when we do, we make sure that it’s “clean” beef. We do eat chicken, but make sure it is “clean” chicken. I am learning how to cook healthier and it’s a lot of fun! It’s such a blessing to know that I am making good, nourishing food for my family.

I also am glad to establish healthier eating habits for my children because the eating habits I grew up on were not so healthy!

Not bad for 53 and 63!

We have been enjoying the sprouts more and more. It gets so that one can not go a day without a green drink with sprouts. Art and I get energized each morning with a green drink. I add a 1/2 tsp. of spirulina to it now as well. Our favourite drink has wheat grass, sunflower sprouts, celery, cucumber, apple, carrot and some ginger. About 1/2 and hour later I make a smoothie that I add hemp greenspowder, Vega green powder and maca to. I am amazed at how much energy I have for the morning! This morning we both went to a spin class followed by a Pilate class. Not bad for 53 and 63!

I haven’t had any chocolate or any refined sugar (nor any cravings for them)

I have started to implement very small changes to my diet since ordering your Program.

I have known for a long time that I was addicted to sugar, but thought it was not a big deal. I read many articles and books about getting off sugar but nothing stuck…until I read your Program!  It actually frightened me to read about the effects sugar has on the body. This was a good thing!

I realized my symptoms were getting worse as I got older, and I’m only 38! I was tired of being tired and feeling bloated after overeating. I new I had to change my lifestyle but I was stuck, or should I say “addicted.” I loved my sweets, especially in the form of anything chocolate!

It’s funny, I talking about my former lifestyle like it was many months or years ago, but it has only been 4 days! As soon as I finished reading your program I started implementing small changes, like you said. I haven’t had any chocolate or any refined sugar (nor any cravings for them) since Sunday and I’m feeling alot better already. I am getting the withdrawal headaches, but I have so much more energy. I’m also food combining and eating more often with smaller meals – no snacking at night!

I do not feel hungry during the day, wow!

It’s been a busy week but I’ve been able to stick to the daily diet plan!   Your emails have been helpful, thanks.   Feeling great, energetic & surprised that I do not feel hungry during the day, wow. Veggies for snacks keeps things light, & feel fresh and alert.  Usually like breads etc. but do not miss them or the drag on the body.  Vicki is also participating in the diet and exercising and feeling great as well (light and energetic).

Feeling So Much Better

Ive been on the cleanse all week and it has been great. Really enjoy drinking all the greens. I feel great and feeling so much better! have lots of energy! this is the way I would like to eat this way for the rest of my life.

I have lost approximately 7 lbs in 7 days.

I have lost approximately 7 lbs in 7 days.  I can look at cookies and sweets without eating them now!  The information that you provided and the help you gave me was great. I do feel  I WOULD do this program again, My goal for the rest of my life is to eat in a way that is healthy for my body, to exercise my body so that it is strong and fit and to find a way to have daily bowel movements

I lost 4 lbs in 7 days on the program

I lost 4 lbs in 7 days on the program - I think my sugars are hard to get rid of! However, I feel great and when I eat unnatural sugar, I get really upset. I would say my body is now telling me something! Big time!
Your info was very useful – but there could be a wider range of warm stews for this time of year.
Yes, I would do the program again would definitely recommend it to others.
