Not bad for 53 and 63!

We have been enjoying the sprouts more and more. It gets so that one can not go a day without a green drink with sprouts. Art and I get energized each morning with a green drink. I add a 1/2 tsp. of spirulina to it now as well. Our favourite drink has wheat grass, sunflower sprouts, celery, cucumber, apple, carrot and some ginger. About 1/2 and hour later I make a smoothie that I add hemp greenspowder, Vega green powder and maca to. I am amazed at how much energy I have for the morning! This morning we both went to a spin class followed by a Pilate class. Not bad for 53 and 63!
