    Thank you for the inspiring Teleclass today Nancy! What you spoke about really did break it down and make all that I have read from your programs before really simple to work with towards. I loved that you mentioned that so much variety isn’t necessary if you like something and it is working in regards to juices or smoothies. This weekend I am going to make a short shopping list and plan to restock after 4 days so as not to let things go to waste in the fridge – also to get really good at making a few recipes to start with. I am also looking into a few local organic farms that have fresh food baskets to pick up weekly when the harvests are ready!!!
    You are an inspiration and I was so happy to see your article in Hippocrates this last issue.
    Keep up the good work and helping so many of us get closer to our goals of healthy living….
    Every smile is an accomplishment and today you have helped inspire many smiles on my face & those of others I’m sure.
    Enjoy your greenhouse and your life off the grid for me today… when I am dreaming of my greenhouse I go peek at your pics on the web… then I go back to my mason jars and rinse my sprouts!!!
    Thanks again & Have a great weekend,

    Hi Nancy,
    Thank you for the time you took today to telecast this program. I got so much out of it. You are so right when you talk about taking things in little chunks and working on changing a life of eating slowly. I now can no longer start my day without my lemon and warm water. I grow my own sprouts which i juice along with a variety of other veggies each morning. That being said, the stress in my life over-rides my bodies’ ability to lose weight. I am so looking forward to summer when I can concentrate on much better eating throughout the day, along with exercise.
    You are an inspiration to all. thank you again Nancy. don’t give up on us. It takes hearing a message over and over before one hears it!
    take care

    Dear Nancy;
    This afternoon I was looking up information on the internet about sugar and chocolate addiction and found your website and 7-day sugar detox diet. I can’t tell you how happy I was to find you. Your site is just packed with information and I’ve already purchased the 7-day sugar detox diet plan which I will read tonight after I put my 2 kids to bed.
    I actually cried a little when I read through a bunch of your information because I feel like a real drug addict and maybe you can help me. Of course my drug is sugar but I believe I have a real problem. People just laugh at me cause I’m not huge at 150lbs and just think I’m silly for feeling that I have a problem with sugar. I even talked to my doctor about it and she just dismissed me. I’ve been trying for years to break this addiction for years with no luck. I think I need to loose 20 lbs, I have mood swings, I’m always tired and I’m not setting a very good example for my kids. I do love healthy food and our house is full of it. We eat good meals but I also stuff in all the bad stuff. Last night after I put my kids to bed I was craving chocolate so much I drove to the corner store and bought a bag of Skor bites and a can of pringles and ate it all! Then afterwards I felt sick and was very disappointed in myself. Today I ate good but then downed 1/2 a jar of Nutela. This is my typical cycle and I can’t stand it. I went through he cupboards and read all the labels and threw everything away – even the kids treats. I do normally exercise 3 or 4 days each week but haven’t for the past couple weeks cause I’ve felt too tired (I’m sure it’s because I’m eating especially bad lately). I’m really hoping that your plan, website and advice can help me.
    If you have any other tips on dealing with the initial phase of getting of sugar I’d really appreciate it. I was also wondering, what is an acceptable amount of sugar to have in my diet on a daily basis?
    With much hope,

    I really enjoyed listening to the Lunch and Learn. I wanted to listen to it again and am not getting any audio. Is there a limit to the number of times you can play the file?
