Hello, I’m planning to do a detox with cilantro and chlorella. I was not able to get cilantro tincture but the essential oil, is it also effective for detox purposes? Which would be the ideal dosage and way of administration? (topically or orally)
How much chlorella should I take daily? Should I take it always with fat so it binds the toxins expelled in the bile?
I’m thinking about combining this with alpha lipoic acid, would it be a good idea?
Will the teleclass be available to be downloaded on mp3?
Thank you so much for sharing this useful information

Hello Nancy, craving salty foods could be linked to an adrenal exhaustion.
Another reason that you might be craving salty food is because your body is craving a particular mineral that is found in natural salt.
The problem with salt is not the salt itself, but the condition of the salt we eat. Our regular table salt no longer has
anything in common with the original crystal salt. Following the arrival of industrial development, our natural salt was
chemically cleaned and reduced only to sodium and chloride, which is unhealthy. Also, corn sugar (dextrose) is added to salt to keep it free flowing.
You don’t have to give up the salty taste — just use Celtic or Himalayan Crystal salt.

Thank you for getting an answer for me tonight regarding the night urination. I will try the protocol Jon gave. I have never stopped drinking by 6pm.
I was happy to find out more about safe detoxing from Jon, who has the expertise backing his information. I hope to start his full detox program this fall. The Metal Magic, sounds like an awesome natural formula.
Your website reminded me of the valuable benefits one can obtain from learning to incorporate seaweed in to a healthy eating plan, and I am looking forward to listening to the videos on other subjects, and checking out your recommended products. Thanks for the free downloadable weight loss report.
