    Hi Nancy,
Looking forward to hearing what Dr. Murphree has to say tonight.

Just wanted you to know that my juicer worked great tonight at making banana icecream! It was so easy and fun. I grow wild blackberries, and added some of them with the bananas. Yummy. No sugar. Just a few chopped walnuts. Thank you for introducing us to this sumptuous treat.

ps I mentioned that I am using a house cleaning product that is supposed to be completely safe. Here is the name.
Basic H2.  It, along with dishwashing, laundry and a host of other products are available. They are made by Shaklee. There is lots of information online about them.
    See you again next week

    Nancy,

I was very impressed with the interview today with Dr. Murphree. I’ve dealt with Fibromyalgia for a decade and have completely revamped my health through nutritional and exercise methods. I was eager to hear what he had to say about what nutrients to take and how much. That’s such a difficult part of health maintenance for many to figure out. He clarified so much!

I was glad to hear of his endorsement of your book, but surprised he made little mention of the importance of nutrition.

Hello Sue, I agree with you! the class was amazing.

Re: Surprised he made little mention of the importance of nutrition.

We didn’t get a chance to cover the nutrition part : He does talk about Healthy diet
    in his book:

    ~Food allergies: page 295
~Weight Loss through a Healthy Diet Page 353

Will have to invite him again:).

    Thanks for your comment.

    Nancy

    Hi Nancy,
I learned so much through the teleconference last night. I found Dr. Murphree so very open and willing to share information. Having struggled with aches and pains and a lack of deep restorative sleep for quite a while now, I was most interested to hear what supplements he recommended. I know you mention 5HTP to me recently. Dr. Murphree talked at length about the benefits of it as well. I am going out today to see if I can find some. I was also interested in the use of magnesium to help reduce chronic pain. Will look into that as well.
Thank for all that you do in providing valuable information that leads to optimal health. I feel most fortunate to have you in my life.
    mary
