Ingredients:

1 cup hot water

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/8 tsp. turmeric

1/8 tsp. ground ginger

1/8 tsp. cayenne (optional)

1 tsp. unpasteurized honey

Method:

Stir all the ingredients together in a mug.
