1 cup jicama, julienne cut
2 cups shredded carrots (about 3 carrots)
2 green onions, finely sliced
1 cup sweet peppers, diced
1 tomato, diced
2 large handfuls baby salad greens or kale
Handful cilantro, chopped
Chili Lime Dressing (see recipe below)


In a large salad bowl, combine all ingredients, except greens and cilantro, with dressing. 

Serve on greens topped with cilantro.
