1 cup olive or flaxseed oil, or a blend of the two
1/4 cup or more fresh lemon juice, lime juice, or apple cider vinegar, to taste
1/4 to 1/2 cup water
1-2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. herbs (choose from dill, basil, thyme, parsley, cilantro, or your favorite fresh or dried herbs)


Combine ingredients and blend until smooth. Toss your salad with 2-4 tablespoons of dressing per meal.
