Ingredients:

1 head kale, finely chopped
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. Celtic or Himalayan sea salt
1 avocado, sliced
1/8 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, diced green onions, hemp hearts, chia or sesame seeds

Method:

In a large bowl, massage kale, lemon juice, and salt until wilted. Add avocado slices and mix until blended with kale. Garnish with your favorite toppings.
