If you need something heavier in the morning, try this Hot Quinoa Breakfast Cereal. Quinoa is a smart carb—a complex carbohydrate with a low glycemic index that won’t spike your blood sugar. Quinoa is also naturally gluten-free, making it an excellent food for celiac patients or others following a gluten-free diet.
