Ingredients:

3-4 medium avocadoes (ripe)
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes (grape or regular variety, sliced into small pieces)
1/4 red onion (finely chopped)
1 hot pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)
Juice of 1 lime
Cilantro to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Combine all the ingredients except the tomatoes. 

Mash first with a fork (or potato masher) and then blend with a firm whisk. 

Taste and correct the seasoning and then fold in the tomatoes at the end so they will be intact.
