Green Power Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups organic baby greens (kale, chard, spinach)
1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup coconut water
1/4 wedge of lemon, juice only
1/2 cup water (up to 1 cup)

Method:

Optional additions (1 Tbsp. ground chia seeds, sunflower sprouts)
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add a little more water if it’s too thick. Drink immediately.
