Ingredients:
1 cup raw honey
1 cup almond butter
1 cup carob powder
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup hemp seeds
1 cup almond butter

Method:
Heat honey until warm and add almond butter slowly stirring together.
Add in remaining ingredients & press lightly into oiled 8x8 pan.
Chill for 1 hrs and then cut into squares
