Ingredients:

1 cup grated daikon radish
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds, toasted
1 cup sunflower sprouts, rinsed
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. rice vinegar
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Method:

Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
This fresh salad combines the sharpness of daikon, a Chinese radish found in most grocery stores, and sunflower sprouts
