Thanks Nancy. I get mixed messages about drinking what you juice immediately to get the most benefit and drinking the juice during the day. Can you please comment on this. Thank you. Nola

Hello Nola, The juice may be refrigerated for up to 24 hours when they are sealed, yet the value of the oxygen, enzymes, phytochemicals, hormones, and nutrients they contain will
diminish dramatically. Adding lemon juice will help.
For the average Person’s schedule, I would suggest that green drinks be consumed as a breakfast juice, as a mid-morning snack, and again as an afternoon snack.
