One of my favorite exercises for the lymphatic system is the trampoline. I’ve been using a mini-trampoline for over 20 years.
The trampoline was rated by NASA as the most effective exercise that also promotes lymphatic drainage in the body.
The trampoline not only helps your lymphatic system, but also burns calories and opens up your elimination routes.
Rebounding moves and stretches every cell in the body, including the cells in the brain. It actually massages the organs in your body as you go up and down.
Ladies, it’s time to get your trampolines out if they're under the bed, in the closet, or in the garage. Rebounding exercises the cells in your body simultaneously. That’s a way to get your toxic levels down and keep your cells moving. You have to move and stretch cells in order to keep them healthy.
Whether it's rebounding or another form of exercise, find a movement therapy that you love. For me, it’s walking, biking, swimming, yoga, and jumping on my trampoline. What’s yours?
