Bedtime Blend Tea

This soothing tea will help you relax, unwind and sail off to dreamland. Lavender, chamomile, passionflower, and catnip are all sedative herbs that help relieve stress and induce sleep.

Bedtime Blend Tea

1/4 tsp. dried passionflower
1/2 tsp. dried chamomile
1/4 tsp. dried lavender
1/4 tsp. dried catnip
4 cups water
Raw honey (optional) 

Add all ingredients with water to saucepan and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes and then remove from heat. Leave
the lid on and allow the herbs to steep an additional 10 minutes.

Strain before serving. Pleasant Dreams!
