Green beans and parsnips have a tremendous amount of fiber that will keep you full. And fennel will help with digestion and bloating. The whole effect of the dish is a wonderful combination of savory and sweet. It will stave off cravings for too much dessert after a meal.

I love baths; they are so relaxing! This is my first week officially back from the cottage! I don’t usually take baths up there, but since coming back, I’ve been taking baths almost every night to reap the benefits of Epsom salts, which help detoxify, boost the immune system, relieve aches, and increase magnesium.  In addition to adding Epsom salts to my baths, I also like to add a little baking soda, coconut oil, and essential oils for the benefits they provide. Now you can bring this to the next level! I’ve been going crazy making bath bombs these past few weeks. They are very popular, and you can make your own with this bath-bomb recipe.
