** important note** Wheat Grass has no gluten:

Wheatgrass is a suitable food type for those with a gluten intolerance. Although wheat grain contains gluten, wheatgrass is not a grain, it is a green vegetable and as such contains no gluten. Wheatgrass is grown from a grain, it has been completely transformed into a vegetable and so is absolutely non-allergenic.

Wheat allergies are usually a reaction to the gluten found in the wheat berry. Wheat grass is a vegetable harvested at the jointing stage before it turns into a grain..

Simple way to speed up the process of eliminating food cravings. Between starting work and breakfast, try grass powder. Go Wild… I am not kidding. After all those years of doing private consultations, this is the one thing I would tell people to do.

Take grass powder 5-6 times during the day for 6-7 days and notice what happens. There’s your magic pill. Without side effects…  Well, you might visit the bathroom more often, but that’s a good thing, believe me.

Mix Green grass powder or any good quality green drink. This will alkalize and energize the cells of your body and accelerate the cleansing process. It will taste strange to start with, but as your bloodstream PH level drop, your taste buds adjust to the flavor.

Here’s how you want to use those greens:

~ Before breakfast take 1 heaping tablespoon of Green powder in 6- 8 oz water
~10 am - 1 heaping tablespoon of Green powder in 6 to 8 oz water
~11:30 -  just before lunch, take 1 heaping tablespoon of Green powder in 6 to 8 oz water
~3 pm Green powder (mid afternoon) 1 heaping tablespoon of Green powder in 6 to  8 oz water
~4:30 to 5:30 Green powder or ½ hrs before dinner  1 heaping tablespoon of Green powder in 6 to 8 oz water
~ 8-9 pm Green powder~ 1 heaping tablespoon of Green powder in 6 to 8 oz water

You might think this is crazy. Think again! You need to alkalize the body. You just have to be aggressive for few days (7 days) . Let me know if it works for you. I’d love to hear from you! Watch the video as well.

So, let’s repeat. Intensive Usage: 6 or more heaping tablespoon per day. For maintenance 1 to 2 heaping Tablespoon daily. Remember this is a food not a supplement so, it’s not non toxic and can be taken in any quantity.
