Hi, I’ve known about dry skin brushing for a long time but unfortunately I just can’t seem to do it consistently. I’ve been amazed at how soft my skin is when I have been able to do it regularly for a few weeks. I even stopped using (castille) soap on most of my body because I felt that the brushing was cleansing my skin. I make my own moisturiser from shea butter, herbal infusions and essential oils. Or I use Aloe Vera gel. I can’t use coconut oil on my skin because I have acne prone skin and it blocks my pores. Shame, because coconut oil has so many benefits for skin – just not mine Thanks for the great video – I’ll be on the lookout for a brush for my face now…and I’m going to try very very hard to brush every day!
