A product I highly recommend is Ejuva Cleanse, which is an herbal cleanse. It’s an amazing product that I love so much I offer it for purchase on my website. Not only do I have firsthand experience with it’s amazing cleansing effects, I’ve also heard great things from clients who have used the product.
Another option is to mix your own cleansing drink. Here are a couple of recipes that also work well. They act like a broom sweeping through your intestinal tract and clearing away all the debris.
Colon Cleanse Drink (1)
- 1/3 cup pure organic Aloe Vera juice or gel
- 1 1‚ÅÑ2 cups pure water
- 1 oz. fresh wheat grass – optional (or 1 tsp. powder form)
- 1 tsp. powdered acidophilus
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
Blend the ingredients in the blender and drink right away!
Colon Cleanse Drink (2)
- 1 1‚ÅÑ2 cups pure water
- 2 Tbsp. Sun is Shining or Vitamineral Green (Green Superfood Supplement)
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed or chia seeds
Optional: 1-2 tablets of Cascara Sagrada – don’t use more than 7 days.
Mix ground flax seed and powder in water and swallow tablets. Use this drink on an empty stomach at bedtime, or 1 to 2 hours before breakfast.

Ok, I’ve been reading this newsletter for the past week and while much of it is helpful, the parts that seem the most important just hit my gag reflex. For instance, the colon cleanse drinks in today’s entry. I have tried to drink wheat grass juice and aloe vera juice and it just hits the back of my mouth and comes right back out, along with the contents of my stomach. I am very, very sensitive to taste and texture in my food and drink. Anything slimy just won’t work. No raw oysters, no raw eggs, no aloe vera juice.
Any suggestions?
