Here’s an excerpt about my interview I did with Dr Natasha Turner author of The Hormone Diet, we talked about Far Infrared Sauna-Great Way to Detox:
The infrared sauna is incredibly beneficial for detoxification, pain relief, and boosting your mood. Just to give you an example, we recently found a study that showed that when you go in a normal sauna, your sweat is 90% to 95% water. When you go in an infrared sauna, it penetrates about one-and-a-half inches into your subcutaneous fat.
