Lately I have been investing so many hours in my business that it might have been easy to neglect my diet. Thank God I can juice to get some of my nutrients VERY easily!

Juices are also a real stress reliever, so no matter what’s happening, I make the time to juice. This might seem STRANGE to some of you, but if you try it just once, chances are you’ll keep on juicing.

I can’t stress enough how keeping your menu to liquids – green juices! – in the morning is an excellent way to aid your body’s natural repair cycles.

Since our bodies are usually far too acidic, this is a good way to help flush out all the bad things and replace them with the good ones we need. So, if you thought this.

Most people hop out of bed in the morning and grab a coffee – often sweetened and thickened with cream – then look around the kitchen for more sweetness, figuring that’s the energy boost they need to start the day.

Unfortunately, for most of us, that craving for “sweet” doesn’t leave much room for vegetables.

Why aren’t we thinking vegetables instead? Perhaps it’s the stress of consuming five or more servings a day – what everyone from our doctors to the government’s food guidelines recommend! Or maybe it’s the thought of the after-effects of eating so many vegetables.

But there is a way of getting all the benefits from vegetables without feeling we have to pack a picnic basket full, or being afraid some of the harder-to-digest vegetables will have our guts in an uproar.

Juicing vegetables will help you meet your five-a-day – or more – serving requirement in a highly efficient manner. At the same time, juicing will allow your body to absorb all the nutrients you need from your vegetables.

Think of juicing as the process of “pre-digesting” your food for you.

And that’s a good thing, since most of us have a dysfunctional digestive system from years of bad diet. As a result, our system “passes” most of the nutrients as waste.

Which is really a waste of good nutrients! With juicing, the process optimizes your body’s ability to absorb nutrients. Which means you have more energy right from the get-go, and it’s easy on your digestive system.

For you carb cravers, meeting the five-a-day or more rule is very important. In fact, it’s recommended that you consume about one pound of raw vegetables per 50 pounds of body weight each and every day.

Now that’s one big stack of vegetables! Since munching on vegetables all day can get pretty boring, you’ll appreciate juicing.

One of the benefits is that you can choose from a wider variety of vegetables, because you won’t have to worry about whether you can digest them.

You can even juice vegetables you wouldn’t normally find pleasing to your palate, because mixed with several other varieties, you’re able to create your own flavours.

Juicing is all about raw foods, but it does not have to mean “no cooked foods.” Juicing simply encourages including as much raw food as possible, because these foods have so many more nutrients and enzymes than their cooked counterparts.

For example, vegetables have been found to contain 77% more B6, 86% more vitamin E and up to 40% more zinc than cooked vegetables. The fresh juice of plants is very much like the juice of our own cells.

The essential elements that may be lacking in your body’s cells – particularly the live enzymes, bioactive vitamins, minerals, trace minerals and other unknown factors – can be easily absorbed through daily fresh green juices.

The next time you clean your house, remember to cleanse your “inner house,” too, through a natural method of detoxification. You’ll improve the flow of your life immensely!

If You’ve Recently Started Feeling More Sluggish Than Usual, Getting Sick More Often And You’ve Put On Extra Pounds All Of A Sudden…And You’re Wondering If It’s Because Of Menopause, A Change In Your Metabolism, Lifestyle… Or You’ve Just Turned A “Certain Age”…

I’ll tell you right now… IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!! Read On For The Startling Truth!

Dandelion Juice – Give your body a “Natural High”

For the past few weeks, I’ve been drinking one-half cup of fresh dandelion juice every morning and another half cup before dinner.

Dandelion can also lower blood pressure, and build stamina. Who doesn’t need more stamina?

Dandelion Leaf is an ancient remedy and is still used today to help remove excess water and toxins from our body. Promoting excretion of bile from the liver enables our body to get back to the business of processing foods and ridding the body of dangerous toxins at the same time.

Efficient bile production and flow gives our body a boost when it comes to metabolizing fat, which in turn helps the body regulate cholesterol levels. Did you know that when you lose weight, acids build up in the body, but dandelion effectively rids the body of these excess acids?

Dandelion Leaf also stimulates functions of the gallbladder, the organ responsible for storing and excreting bile.

Dandelion Leaf has been known to relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, thanks to its diuretic action. Actually, dandelion is beneficial to all living things, even our pets. Loaded with sodium, calcium, iron, beta-carotene and vitamins A and C, it’s one of the most beneficial for major organs and body system functions.

Keep in mind that some people with sensitive digestion might find the juice a tad strong, so if you’re one of those people, just dilute the dandelion juice with carrot juice or water.

Oh, and select dandelion greens from an area that hasn’t been sprayed with herbicides, or better yet, buy organic.

You can help the liver’s regenerative process by adding these foods and nutrients to your diet:

Rather than indulging in heavy dishes, fried pastries and bottles of wine add some of these nutritious foods to your diet and
give yourself and your liver a true gift.

Fresh vegetable juices

Chlorophyll-rich foods: Wheat or barley grass juice or powder, along with chlorella, spirulina, or wild blue-green
algae have in many cases proven to be useful in jump-starting up a sluggish liver.

Garlic and onions: Garlic contains allicin, which is a sulfur-based compound needed by the liver for effective
detoxification. Garlic helps the liver rid the body of mercury, certain food additives and hormones.

Fresh vegetables: Eat plenty of fresh, lightly cooked, or raw vegetables, especially dark green, leafy vegetables such
as parsley, kale, watercress, alfalfa sprouted and collard greens. Orange, yellow, purple, and red-colored fruits and vegetables are also good, as they contain living enzymes, fiber, vitamin C, natural antibiotics and cancer-fighting phytonutrients.

High-antioxidant fruits: Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries are all high in antioxidants, which help to protect the liver from the high levels of free radicals that are naturally produced during the process of
detoxification.

Bitter foods: The bitterness of foods such as dandelion, arugula, endive, radicchio, sorrel and watercress helps to
stimulate bile flow within the liver.

Herbs: Dill, caraway seeds, garlic, onions, boldo, turmeric and cayenne are easy to use in your food and can help
protect the liver.

Dandelion root tea: This simple tea enhances the entire digestive track and it is particularly effective at relieving
digestion after a high-fat meal. Dandelion is also an excellent herb for weight loss, as the leaves are a diuretic and the root improves fat metabolism.

Omega-3 fatty acids: Good sources of these important fats are ground flaxseed, flaxseed oil, walnuts, borage oil,
krill oil, chia seeds, purslane, acai, algae, hemp seeds, grape seed oil. Water: Drink 8 to 12 cups of pure water each day. Water helps the kidneys get rid of the toxins that the liver has broken down.

Nuts, seeds, avocados: These are good food sources of polyunsaturated fats and monounsaturated fats, all less
harmful to the liver than saturated fats.

Hot water and lemon juice: This easy and healthy tonic works wonders for sweeping the bad stuff out your liver.

Call it what you will: new beginnings, starting over, renewing, rejuvenation…

it’s time to take charge of your future and finally have the body you’ve been longing for.

You want a strong, healthy body; one that will do what you want it to, when you want it to. If you’re tired all the time, or you get sick all the time, or you just don’t have the energy level that you wish you did, it’s time to make some changes.

Changes usually start with diet and exercise. Yes, I know, it’s a boring subject for many, because they don’t want to change their eating or exercise habits (if you
exercise at all, that is).

However, did you know that a poor diet could lead to faster aging processes, illnesses and many disease processes? Did you know that you can shave five to ten years off your looks just by eating right, getting rid of built-up toxins and eating more natural
fruits and vegetables?

And you won’t have to spend thousands of dollars for that face-lift, or that boob job or butt lift, either. READ MORE

I know I talk about juicing a lot, but it is such an important part
of my day. Lately I have been investing so many hours in my business
that it might have been easy to neglect my diet. Thank God I can juice
to get some of my nutrients VERY easily!

All you need to do is add super foods like E3live/spirulina, chlorella, sun is shinning (green powder), etc. This is definitely my Magic Pill.

Juices are also a real stress reliever, so no matter what’s
happening, I make the time to juice. This might seem STRANGE to some of
you, but if you try it just once, chances are you’ll keep on juicing.

So, if you thought this Post was going to be about wine……Read more
