The shape your body is in today is your own doing—the result of a lifetime of choices you’ve made.
Part of the focus of my entire career has been studying people and their behavioral patterns, and seeing the different ways they abuse their bodies with the substances they take in, like chemicals, alcohol, nicotine, sugar, caffeine, and drugs.
Each new year comes with resolutions, and the majority of these seem to address weight and diet. But statistics show that only 46% of people who make New Year’s resolutions stick to them for more than six months. (I think this number is actually Lower; otherwise, there would be many more thin and rich people around! )
Why do so many give up on their resolutions?
Maintaining the health of your colon has never been easier, so why suffer from constipation or irregular bowel movements? All you need is a regular colon cleanse detox.
Just read what Dr. Edward Group III, founder of the Global Healing Center, had to share with me about the importance of colon cleansing:
Within the last couple of generations, we have markedly changed the way that we consume foods.
This is one of the reasons one-third to one-half of all adults have digestive illnesses – more than 63 million people have been diagnosed with some type of digestive disorder. Scary when you think about it.
Yesterday I interviewed Ann Marie Roth~ an amazing Certified Colon Therapist.
I met Ann Marie two years ago during our visit in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The audio will answer the most common questions I get about Colonics & Detoxing each and everyday.

Overeating is something that many of us are guilty of at one point or another. As an example, imagine a late night out for dinner consisting of a hearty steak with a compliment of potatoes, wine, desert, and maybe more.
This combination of food can sit in your intestinal tract for days, not digesting properly.
Do we need to take magnesium? The answer is YES. According to Dr. Norman Shealy, every known
illness is associated with a magnesium deficiency and low levels of the hormone DHEA.
DHEA is the health and youth hormone. If DHEA is low, magnesium is low. They go together.
Even a 10% increase in magnesium and DHEA levels is associated with a 48% decrease in death from cardiovascular disease and a 36% decrease in mortality – from all causes. READ MORE
