Last year, I start gardening. Let me tell you, I can’t get enough. I think I’ve purchased every gardening book available, so it’s a work in progress.
Here’s some pictures of my results. My salad never tasted so good. The sunflower sprouts are doing amazing in the green house, and all the vegetables are ready! I’ll start a new crop in a few weeks.
What you see is chard, kale, mustard green, sorrel, mixed lettuce for salad, tomatoes and cucumber. They’re all coming along great – lots of herbs – you name it, it’s there.
My juice and salads never tasted so good, especially when the ingredients are fresh from the garden, without chemical additives!

hi Nancy,
Just a few questions for you…
Do your spouts need sunlight all day?
Can they stand the cold at all?
Do you take the same steps to grow wheatgrass as you do sprouts?
Thanks,
Andre

Andre, The sprouts will need heat! lots of ventilation. The more indirect light the plants get, the thicker and shorter the leaves and blades
of grass will be, but direct sunlight will stunt their growth and dry out the soil in a couple of hours.
Ideally, a balance between light and shade will produce thick, green, and juicy wheatgrass.
A great book I would suggest to buy is: The wheatgrass Book by Ann Wighmore
hope this wil
