Good Fat-Healthy Weight!

Almost everyone has consumed buckets of the vegetable oils on the supermarket shelf through the years. Know this: those oils are “dead,” meaning they have no nutritional value. Plus, they are harmful to the body. They should come with warnings on the labels – “hazardous to your health”!

The healthy essential fatty acids in those oils are completely destroyed. Moreover, the transfatty acids and free radicals they cause in the body are toxic.
Your body cannot break down these dead oils and must find a place to store them in your body, namely your veins and artery walls, colon and joints. This is not a good thing!

If you switch to high-quality oils – especially flax seed, coconut, and pumpkin seed oil, it can greatly aid the recovery of your body. These live oils enter the system and go to work to create a structure within the body to help clear and clean the plaque that lines the artery walls. Coconut butter and flax are the best. They are rich in essential fatty acids and omega-3 and 6. They help to rejuvenate the toxic body (2-3 tablespoons per day are recommended).

In the presence of good essential fatty acids (live oils), fat-soluble vitamins and minerals and trace minerals from your food can be absorbed more readily. After a short time, you’ll begin to notice amazing changes in the elasticity of your skin.

Good “live” oils are more expensive than dead oils, because the process is done slowly with high-quality materials. This oil will rinse away with water. Dead oil will cling to whatever it touches. The more raw oils (less refined) the better.

Look for these good oils:
Polyunsaturated oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as:
‚Ä¢ Flax seed    ‚Ä¢ Hemp seed oil    ‚Ä¢ Blue-green algae
Monounsaturated oils:
‚Ä¢ Coconut oil    ‚Ä¢ Almond    ‚Ä¢ Avocado    ‚Ä¢ Walnut
‚Ä¢ Olives & olive oil     ‚Ä¢ Shea Butter     ‚Ä¢ Cacao butter    ‚Ä¢ Pecan
• Raw monounsaturated fats are found in plant foods such as avocado, olives, cashews, almonds, Pecan, filbert and macademias nuts, and in cold-water fish such as salmon, mackerel and sardines.

Raw, natural fats and oils used properly do not make you gain weight and they are healthy!
