Do you carry one or more uninvited guests somewhere in your body

Last week on my TeleClass with Ann Louise, we talked about how important it is to give your food a bath.

Fruits and vegetables are loaded with slugs and people can get very wormy from eating a lot of raw foods. She knows this because she did stool analysis at the time and talked about it in The Gut Flush Plan.

Today, this is big issue because while we think we want to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and when one is involved in nutrition, you want to be on top of your game, but the reality is that these are the foods that can be the most contaminated. She said if you look at a piece of lettuce under the microscope, you might see what it’s teeming with, well, things you wouldn’t expect.

So you’ve got the lettuce, you’ve got the broccoli, and oh my God, she put the broccoli up to the light one day (you can’t imagine!), and it was just loaded with bugs! It was loaded with slugs and people can get very wormy from eating a
lot of raw foods. So chances are, you carry one or more uninvited guests somewhere in your body systems.

Ann Louise recommends
Clorox – this will make produce last longer and kill bacteria, fungus,
and parasites commonly found in foods.

Personally, I’ve never
used Clorox. I’ve been using 35 % food grade or Ultra Pure Grade
hydrogen peroxide for several years now and PLEASE NOT to be confused with 3% pharmaceutical grade, 6% beautician grade 30% reagent grade, 30% – 32 % electronic grade or 35 % technical grade.

‚ÄúIt’s 35 % food grade or Ultra Pure Grade Hydrogen peroxide!”

The one I use is from Sprout Master – check their website.
This solution is effective against fungus, yeast and bacteria. Visit the website for safety and storage tips for your veggies.

 I
soak all my leafy vegetables at least 15 minutes in the solution, and
the rest of vegetables and fruits for at least 30 minutes.

I keep spray bottles everywhere in the house, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. Here’s how you can use the solution:

  • Bathroom: You can use 3% on a cotton ball as a facial freshener after washing.
  • Washing/laundry – Add 10 0z. of 3% (or 1oz.of 35% to your wash in place of bleaches).
  • Rejuvenating Bath: Use 2-3 quarts of 3% H202  ( or 6-14 oz of 35 %) to a tub of water.
  • Detoxifying bath Same as above, only add ¬Ω cup sea salt, ¬Ω cup of baking soda or Epson salt and soak for 20 minutes.
  • Sprouting seeds: Add 1 ounce 3% – 9 or 15-20 drops of 35%) to 1 pint of water and soak seeds overnight.
