Do you ever feel like your brain has just been “switched off”? Have you ever felt discouraged, unfocused or overwhelmed? Are there unhealthy patterns in your life or your family that you just can’t seem to break?
A thought may seem harmless, but if it becomes toxic, it can become physically, emotionally or spiritually dangerous.
Thankfully, we are living in a time of revolution. We can see clearly how brain science lines up with Scripture – your mind can be renewed, toxic thoughts and emotions can be swept away and your brain really can be “switched on.”
Since 1981, Dr. Caroline Leaf has researched the human brain with particular emphasis on unlocking its vast, untapped potential.

Last week I interviewed Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Toxic Hunger: Overfed, Yet Malnourished: Here’s an excerpt of what he talked about:
In his last 20 years He discovered something new in the field of nutritional science that explains that the amount of food you desire and your desire to eat and overeat is dependent on the type of nutrients and nutritional quality of what you eat.
It’s not just how much you eat. When you diet and your micro-nutrient needs aren’t properly met, you build up more toxic waste products in your tissues, like free radicals and advanced glycation end products and lipofuscin.
Understanding the addictive nature of unhealthful food, how to recover from these addictions, and removing troubling symptoms and cravings that induce overeating is an important distinction in the methods I teach. This is not about measuring portions and trying to eat less food. It is about choosing the highest quality foods that can remove your food addictions and about having you lose your desire to overeat.
Joel Fuhrman M.D. is a board–certified family physician who specializes in preventing and reversing disease through nutritional and natural methods. His private practice is located in Flemington, New Jersey.

Vitamin-C is extremely important. Most people today do not get adequate amounts of Vitamin-C, and this is a cause of all the disease that we’re having in our society. We’re not getting it from diet; we’re just simply not getting it. Watch this clip:

If you missed last week’s TeleClass with Jon Barron, we talked about Heavy Metal Detox.
When it comes to heavy metals, there are three clear steps available to you.
Avoid exposure. Say no to new amalgam fillings and, if possible, have a dentist who understands the process replace your existing fillings.
(However, you will need to detox after removal.) Avoid aluminum cookware and aluminum based deodorants. Stop eating high-mercury fish such as swordfish, shark, roughy, and albacore tuna. Filter fluoride and lead out of your drinking water.
Without controlling inflammation, there isn’t much hope of achieving optimal health. Inflammation leads to disease, aging, obesity, and everything undesirable in the way of biochemical and physiological function.
Inflammation is what makes chronic diseases remain chronic — it drives them.
