People suffering from inflammatory bowel disease often experience pain and blockages, which can be extremely serious if not treated immediately.

Chocolate Mousse With Fresh Berries

Rich enough to satisfy the most passionate chocoholic!

2 Servings

  • 1/4 cup pitted medjool dates, soaked
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry
  • 3/4 cup or more water
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup raw chocolate Powder or carob powder

Place the dated, water, maple syrup and vanilla in a food processor or blender and process until smooth
add avocado and Raspberry and chocolate powder and process until creamy.
